Jennie's Gems has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Packaging may vary from that shown. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jennie's Gems disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Shopping with Jennie's Gems

Shopping with Jennie's Gems could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept payment by cheque or postal order or by credit card.

Please note all prices on the website are excluding shipping and handling costs.

Shipping and Handling

All wholesale orders are sent via our courier service and wholesale shipping starts from as little as £6.00 for the UK mainland.

Delivery charges cannot be refunded.

Non UK deliveries

Please note that we can only accept orders for delivery to UK addresses.

Delivery

We endeavour to fulfil orders within 14 working days. If we have the item in stock the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Please contact us, shipping@jenniesgems.co.uk

Should a product be out of stock we will advise you by email when the item will be available.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Guarantee / Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of despatch in its original condition and packaging and we will refund the product price. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your correspondence will be kept strictly confidential and any suggestions that might improve our service will be considered in great detail.

Return Policy for Jennie's Gems

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Jennie's Gems will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item of the same value if preferred.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail returns@jenniesgems.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Cancellation Right

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Jennie's Gems, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made by email, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to returns@jenniesgems.co.uk or by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The refund will not include shipping or your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
